Balts to the wall
Welcome to Memetic Warfare. This week we’ll take a good, hard look at the Baltics and reports from their varous intelligence services. I won’t bore you with too many details as many of them you’d expect, but rather point out some highlights.
We’ll start with Estonia, available here, which has no business using aesthetics that go this hard.
We’ll skip right to chapter two:
They have 3 subsections, which I’d recommend reading in depth if you’re interested. They’re well-written and cover more traditional elements of the exertion of influence than just online inauthentic activity:

Lastly, there’s one section on China and AI of course - nothing particularly new here but still nice to see.
Latvia also threw its hat in the ring. IO here is everywhere, including counterintelligence and its own dedicated information space section:

The Russian IO section is what you’d expect, but it’s fun to see a section on Belarus:

Lastly, it’s also interesting to see how they employ countermeasures:
